Summer is right around the corner...

It's Sunday and a new week is about to begin. Thursday Hannah, our youngest daughter, has to go to the doctor for two more shots, this will bring her up to date, ending shots until she's school age.
Spring has come to Michigan, the snow seems to be gone for another year. This means it's also clean up time, both inside and outside of the house. I've put this off for the past two years now, so it's high time that I get going and get it done...unfortunately when things are put off, other things tend pile on top of the old stuff, now I've got more than my share of things to do! LOL
I guess that this is a part of owning a house. I've had it the other way too, and I still think in the long run that buying a house is much better than renting.
This is a very good time if you are in the market for a home. There are deals everywhere, and if you wait for the economy to strengthen, you'll also face rising interest rates along with higher home prices. If you can buy now, then do it now, you'll be happier later that you bought when interest rates were at historic lows. Remember: In the home buying game, sometimes you win and sometimes you loose, so do your homework and use good judgement.
