Book about project management

I worked at Boeing for a long time and saw some of these problems arise more often than not. Big companies tend to farm out projects to save both time and money. This topic is interesting as long as you're involved in cost management. As far as the interviewers questions, I think they are right on to tell you the truth, and quite straight forward. The author has a good understanding of the subject and of his book about project management. So, if you are interested in project management, come by the blog and read more about it.
