I've been sick

You know, I've been really sick for a while, in fact, I had to go to the hospital. Everything seems to be back to normal now though, so I guess I can continue with my Blog again. It seems that I picked up some sort of "bug", but the Doctor really didn't know which type, so he gave me several types of medicines to counter whatever it was. He classified my illness as "stomach flu", but I've had stomach flu before and this definitely was NOT stomach flu. I spent over a week without any sleep, I had chills and diarrhea. What a mess I was in! I finally had had enough so I signed myself into our local hospital. Fortunately the "bug" decided to go "Bug" someone else and now I'm feeling much better. Thank God, I was beginning to think that this fellow was here to stay, but he did leave and I'm feeling much better. I hope none of you cross paths with my "bug friend", believe me, you won't forget him if you do and he won't go away anytime soon! Anyway, I'll write more as things get back to normal and my health improves. Good health to everyone...

Our baby is now 8 months old

She is growing so fast, she is eight months now. She is already crawling, sitting up on her own and trying to get up walking. She seems to be very alert, active and developing more advance than Tiana did when she was a baby. But, of course, Tiana was sick, she had an ear infection, so that, I think interfered with her developments. Tiana is still having trouble understanding well when communicating, and talking clearly. I am worried about her, especially when she has cramps each time she eats anything with dairy in it. She is allergic to dairy food, and I feel bad because she can't eat ice cream or the sweet treats I like to buy for her. The ice cream truck will have to pass by because she couldn't have any. It's sad. Anyway, our little one is growing just fine, and looks to me like a very smart baby. She will be, I'd say as I can see it already.

I'm a morning blogger

Sort of an early bird, I wake up very early while Ana and our kids are still in bed asleep. I usually get up at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM, then have my coffee and sit in front of the computer till my wife Ana gets up, and take over the computer. She gets up right around noon, then followed by the kids. She gets to blog for a little while until the kids get up, and start demanding for their breakfast. She sure has a big job to do everyday. However, I give her a hand with looking after our children. I watch the our baby and rock her to sleep sometimes. She is so cute, and I just love holding her in my arms. So as the older sister Tiana, getting prettier and prettier each time I see her. We are definitely blessed with good looking kids.

Congratulations to the newlyweeds

My sister in law Gemma just got married yesterday June the 18th, and I wish her and her husband James the best. We can't wait to see their wedding video. We are excited to see the whole family and how happy their celebration was. We can at least share in their happiness through the video. Anyway, I am astonished with hearing that my wife's mother, well, my mother in law, made all the brides maid and flower girls's dresses especially the wedding gown. It's so amazing how she made them all, so unique and talented. I am so proud that she can saw dresses and just about everything. I admire her for her good work and ability to saw clothes. My wife's been dreaming of going to the Philippines and have her mother make clothes for her. Bot most of all, perhaps she can learn because she has a sewing machine here. It will be good for her, if she does. I hope she can learn so she can sew our clothes...LOL. Okay, I'll go for now. Congratulations to Gemma and James!

It's Father's Day

It's father's day and we are just at home not doing much of anything. We might go out and get something to eat, but I am just not so sure because my budget is tight. I may not have enought money to cover everything and will have to wait until we get paid in the next few days. We will just go over to the Chinese buffet nearby and have dinner. My wife Ana loves to go there for she gets to eat all the crab legs she wants as well as the mussels. She loves seafood. She is a seafood fanatic, I tell you. She introduced me to eating some crab legs an mussels, and you know, I actually ate some, and found out they are not so bad. So, I will have to start eating them, they are more healthy for me. Alright, let me end the Father's Day by saying good day to all!

Our 8th Anniversary

It's hard to beleive that Ana and I have been married for 8 years. Wow, time flies. I don't really remember our Anniversary date, and in fact, I am only making this entry because Ana reminded me that it is our Anniversary date. So, I thought I might as well make a new entry so I can update my blog. To my wife Ana, "Happy Anniversary Dear, I am glad to know that we have been married for a long time. You have been a very loyal wife to me and for that I appreciate you so much. These days, it is hard to find someone who is loyal and family oriented. And it makes me thankful having you for you have a lot of good qualities that I never saw in anyone else I was with in the past.

More Motorcycle

The new American man that came to see my sister in law Gemma, just bought a moped for her. That's the American, very good hearted and kind. I am glad to hear that Gemma has a new bike, she can get around easily with going back and forth to Bayawan and Dumaguete City. I hope that it's safe to go around with a moped because I have been hearing a lot of bad news. I would hate to hear that something bad happened to my cute sister in law or any of my wife's family members. Losing my wife's uncle was hard enough for her, then another one. How can she possibly manage. It is difficult to survive anywhere in the world today, but much harder in another country where people are brutal and can commit a crime anytime. I am glad that we are safe here, at least for now...LOL. Alright, till here. Good luck to Gemma with her new bike, we are happy for her and her family.

Another American joing the family

My wife's sister Gemma is going to meet an American man soon in the Philippines. And if all goes well, there will be a wedding. I can't wait to hear the good news. I think it is good that she is marrying an American, so she can come over and join her sisters here in the U.S. My wife and her sister Nora will be so happy to welcome Gemma. Boy, wouldn't it be something if all the girls decides to marry Western men, and they will all be in the U.S. It's funny because all the girls can easily get out of the Philippines, yet the boys are impossible to bring over here. I have been having an awful time with bringing my wife's brother here, it just seems so impossible. But if nothing else we will look into bringing him here through a tourist visa. I hope he can come then a lot quicker than through the sibling visa. Okay, I have to get off for now, I still don't feel so well, I ams till sick.
