We won our eBay dispute!

You know, once in a while though we get some good news for a change. This time the news came in an email from our friends over at eBay. They informed us that we won our dispute with the woman that sold us that computer! Wow! will Ana be a happy lady today. If you remember back in one of my earlier blogs, I talked about being careful buying something off of eBay, and if you do, never buy anything that does not have the actual picture, and i must add, does not state that the item is nonreturnable. EBay has a lot of crooked people selling things by misleading the bidders. We had such a thing happen with a computer we bid on and won. The picture she used in her listing was not the computer she gave us, and when I tried to deal directly with her, she in so many words, told me to "stick it!" I was so happy that she put a lot of her words in emails to me, this gave the eBay people a chance to read just what I was dealing with. Her rude emails played an important part in all of this. I will never again bid on something that does not have the actual picture. Most of the time, unless the item is listed as "new", there is no good reason to list an item on eBay with a generic picture. Thank God we won, chock one up for the good guys!
