Holiday season means it's tax time again in Michigan

Here comes the mailman with his "big" truck today. Must mean that he's delivering a lot of big bills today! LOL I really hate to see the holiday season arrive, because it also means that it's property tax time again here in Michigan We have two taxes, one large tax around July and a second smaller (but not much) tax around December! Why the heck did I have to think about that? Phooey! Anyway, the sun is out and it's November, that's good news...right? Did we talk about global warming yet?
