School problem

I had a small problem with Tiana's teacher the other day. Seems that Tiana had been sticking her tong out in class, disrupting her classmates. So the teacher wrote her up and we had to sign it. I didn't know whether or not it would be put into her school records or not, so I went and had a talk with her principle. He assured me that this was just for the teachers records and that nothing else would come of it. I was somewhat chastised by the teacher too when I talked to her, she surmised that we condoned such behavior, but I quickly corrected her by letting her know that kids will be kids. I also let her know that I have already raised a son and know all about classroom behavior. Rest assured that we do not condone in any way such behavior in the classroom. Now days a kid cannot be a kid anymore, simple little things that you and I have done when we were in school are no longer tolerated. Remember when it was fun to go to school?
