Not much to say today

It's the weekend again and I still have a lot to do to our house before winter comes. We had some bad weather in Michigan last week but not around the Detroit area, so we lucked out there. I guess some tornadoes hit out in some rural areas of Michigan and caused three deaths. I hope that someday they'll be able to alert people faster so this doesn't happen anymore. It always makes you feel bad when lives are lost to the weather. God bless those who parished.

We have to back to Chicago to have Hannah's brace fitted and we're not looking forward to that long trip again It was a long hard ride on the Shriner's bus, but we do what we have to do for our children and that's that.

If you're a football fan, I hope your team wins. My favorite team USC Trojans from Southern California narrowly missed a tragedy when they ran into bad weather trying to land for the Notre Dame game yesterday. Thank god that they did finally land safely. Go Trojans!
