Low cost internet phone service

My wife calls her people in the Philippines-that is calling internationally, and I can't even begin to tell you how costly it is. It often makes me wish she can find a better alternative. Perhaps, something over the internet that cost less money than what she has been paying. It seems to me like she is spending $30.00 a month on her international phone bills. It is outrageous. But anyway, I just found out about a website that might be interested in to solve her problem with paying too much. It is about a VoIP Phone that comes with call waiting, caller id, call forwarding, emergency 911 and over 25 more features. I think she will like it, and be happy to know that she can save money having such low cost international phone call rates. It would actually work for us, because I can use it, too, for my domestic calls. It is after all, very reasonable, so we will look in to it. Imagine, it is an internet phone to phone calling on a basic world plan of only $6.99. What a deal!
