Filipino food-caldereta

I went with Ana some time ago to shop at the Philippine store, and actually ate with her. She ate some weird looking food one of which was the caldereta. Usually, it is a dish with goat meat, but when I asked the guy who served it about what it was that day, he replied beef. So, I went ahead and gave it a try, I actually liked it, I ate quite a lot in fact. But then, my wife went back to the store and asked what meat they used in their caldereta, they said goat, so I decided to back off, and not bother eating it again since I don't eat goat meat. I might have Ana fix caldereta since she found out that she can use beef. I like caldereta, and those rice noodles; the pancit bihon. Those are the two I like so far.
